Chicken Qeema Kachori step by step
- Take a large bowl and mix together the dry ingredients(salt,ajwain and flour). Then add in ghee and mix it until crumbs are formed the add a little water to make a soft dough, later let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Take a pan and put it on medium flame,add 4 tbsp of oil in it then add ginger garlic paste and mix it until water evaporates then add in finely chopped green chillies and all the spices after 1 min add in chicken mice cook it until it colour changes to white then add in onion and cover for about 5 min and then turn the flame off..
