Ingredients of Chicken Qeema Aloo
- You need 500 gm of Chicken mince (qeema).
- It's 1/2 cup of Oil.
- You need of Onion 1 sliced.
- You need of Potato 2-3 medium, cut in cubes.
- You need of Tomato 1 finely chop.
- You need 1/2 cup of Curd.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Termuric.
- Prepare 2 Tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp or to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 of Black cardamom.
- It's 1 of Bay leaf.
- You need 1 piece of Cinnamon stick.
- You need Cloves of 2-3.
- You need 3-4 of Green cardamom.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of Ginger paste.
- You need 4-5 of Black pepper.
- You need 1 Tbsp of Garlic.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- It's 3-4 of Green chilli.
- You need of Coriander 1/2 cup chop.
- You need of Ginger julians to garnish.

- Take oil in a pan. Add finely sliced onion and fry till translucent.add green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, bay leaf and fry 1-2 min.Add ginger/ garlic paste and fry..
- Add finely chop tomatoes, red chilli, salt, termuric and fry with a little water till oil seprates and tomotes get blended well..
- Add chicken mince and mix well on medium heat. Add beaten curd and cover the lid.let cook for 10 min on medium heat.it will cook in it's water but if needed add 1/2 cup of water. Add potatoes cut in cubes. Mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat till potatoes are tender.add finely chop coriander and green chillies.keep on dam for about 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala powder before serving. Garnish with ginger julians. Serve with nasn or paratha..
