  1. Prepare 300 Grams of Minced Chicken.
  2. Prepare 4 of medium sized Onion finely chopped.
  3. You need 3 of Puree made from 3 medium sized tomatoes.
  4. It's 1/2 Tsp of cumin seeds -.
  5. It's 2 Tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. You need 1 Tsp of turmeric powder.
  7. It's 2 Tsp of coriander powder -.
  8. It's to taste of - Salt.
  9. It's 1 1/2 Tsp of garam masala powder.
  10. It's 2 of bay leaves.
  11. You need , 3-4 of cloves.
  12. It's 1 Tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  13. Prepare 2 Tbsp of oil.
  14. It's stick of small cinnamon.
  15. You need 2 Tbsp of curd - chopped green chilli.
  16. It's as needed of coriander leaves-.

Chicken Keema / Mince Masala instructions

  1. Heat a pan on a medium flame and add oil - When hot add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  2. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick & Saute for few seconds.
  3. Add chopped onions and saute until translucent  - Once onion changes it's colour - add ginger garlic paste and give it a mix.
  4. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and stir well.
  5. Add minced chicken and mix well with onions and spices until well combined.
  6. Add tomato puree, curd, green chilli, salt as per taste - keep stiring until mixed well.
  7. Add coriander leaves and give it a mix again - Add 1 glass water - cover it with a lid and let it cook for 30 minutes.
  8. Keema masala is now ready - add few coriander leaves give it a mix.
  9. Turn off the flame and remove it in a serving dish -.
