Ingredients of Chicken Keema / Mince Masala
- Prepare 300 Grams of Minced Chicken.
- Prepare 4 of medium sized Onion finely chopped.
- You need 3 of Puree made from 3 medium sized tomatoes.
- It's 1/2 Tsp of cumin seeds -.
- It's 2 Tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 Tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 2 Tsp of coriander powder -.
- It's to taste of - Salt.
- It's 1 1/2 Tsp of garam masala powder.
- It's 2 of bay leaves.
- You need , 3-4 of cloves.
- It's 1 Tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 2 Tbsp of oil.
- It's stick of small cinnamon.
- You need 2 Tbsp of curd - chopped green chilli.
- It's as needed of coriander leaves-.
Chicken Keema / Mince Masala instructions
- Heat a pan on a medium flame and add oil - When hot add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
- Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick & Saute for few seconds.
- Add chopped onions and saute until translucent - Once onion changes it's colour - add ginger garlic paste and give it a mix.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and stir well.
- Add minced chicken and mix well with onions and spices until well combined.
- Add tomato puree, curd, green chilli, salt as per taste - keep stiring until mixed well.
- Add coriander leaves and give it a mix again - Add 1 glass water - cover it with a lid and let it cook for 30 minutes.
- Keema masala is now ready - add few coriander leaves give it a mix.
- Turn off the flame and remove it in a serving dish -.
